Live event – Mon 4/8 at 11am PST – “Customer engagement & automated content marketing” with Rex Freiberger
Join us here on Monday April 8th at 11am PST for a live interview with Rex Freiberger on the topic of customer Engagement and automated content marketing. Rex has developed a program, called RAPM. RAPM, which stands for Revenue Acceleration & Performance Management, rethinks customer engagement from acquision first to relationshop first, doing so by leveraging ‘automated content marketing’ at each stage of the buying process in order to manage interactions with buyers by educating and solving, not telling and selling. It’s a process for more predictable, rapid and profitable revenue growth so whether you are a startup or established company, it’s the idea of revenue growth done efficiently. The engine that drives RAMP is a proprietary framework called I.D.E.A.S. which is a step-by-step process to engage customers: Identify your Audience, Brands and Competiton (ABC’s), Develop your brand and audience, Engage prospects, Acquire new customers and Sustain customers for increased revenue growth. It’s relationship first, not acquisition, meaning you think 2nd and 3rd purchase.
In more tactical marketing terms, it’s about respecting the new buying process and our system does this by synchronizing search, social and content marketing to get found more often by the right people at the right time.
Rex is the co-founder of several internet businesses, including Highly Relevant where he served as CEO, bringing the company to a million dollars in revenue its first 2 years. Through his entrepreneurial career he has helped large corporations such as Paramount Pictures and Hyundai USA increase their online revenue. Rex has served as an internet marketing legal witness in several major celebrity cases. He specializes in SEO, SMM, CRO and PPC and regularly speaks around the United States sharing his unique mindset of online customer acquisition and rapid growth.
